STRETCHING CLASSES
Everyone knows how important it is to keep a good balance between intensive work and mindfulness. However, not all know how to achieve it. One of the ways to destress your mind and recover fast after the hard work is to challenge your body on flexibility.
I use this way for more than 10 years because it helps me to detox and to keep the right balance between professional, physical and mental strength. I simply follow regular stretching practices to stay healthy in my body, be sharp, pure and clear in my mind.
In the next sequence of the classes in September - November 2023 we will combine the physical with the inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, aromatherapy and meditative awareness, we promote awareness of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing. WeStretchIt provides an extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body and psyche to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life process.
As it is working fantastic for me, I want to share my experience with my friends, colleagues and anyone who can also benefit from these practices!

Stretching plays an essential part in any daily routine as it lengthens and strengthens your muscles. This is very important for your body as it allows your muscles to restore after and during a practice.
A more flexible body will allow you to move more comfortable and the range of movements will expand enormously.
Everyone is welcome to try 90 min live stretching class in studio for 10 EUR. I would be glad to show you the routine exercises and answer all your questions.

Stretching is a good complement of all the intensive sport classes which are tough on the body. We tend to forget to make time to take care of our mobility, flexibility and bring back the rest in our bodies to recover.
Stretching allows you to stay fit, train more efficiently during your major sport practices and restore after. By doing stretching exercises regularly you drastically improve overall performance of your body.

During the class I am able to correct your posture and explain how to prevent injuries. Thus, you get more individual approach in implementing best stretching practices that suits your level.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Clothing: any kind of sports clothes will do as long as they are comfortable, elastic and warm. Make sure you are wearing warm cloths for mediation. Shoes are not necessary, socks would work just fine.
- The lesson starts and ends with 10 min meditation. A few exercises are introduced to get the blood flowing. This is followed by passive stretches and mixture of different stretching approaches to boost flexibility of all your muscles.
- Essential oils will be diffused at a studio during the class. Any allergies - please inform me.
- My goal is to offer classes and programs that suit different levels of flexibility and fitness experiences of everyone.
- Number of spots is limited to 10 people in a studio.
