STRETCHING CLASSES
Where to find energy, how to keep it, how not to waste it and refill it?
The energy drainers are multi-tasking, anger, jealousy, overthinking, complaining, deeds against your will, doubts, fears, rumours, lie, spending time with the wrong people.
The energy refillers are touches with nature, travelling, spa, spending time with the loved ones, sports, pursuing shared goals and activities.
For more than 16 years the most efficient sources to refill the energy and relax for me is such a sport discipline as stretching. I am constantly improving and deepening my knowledge on this subject.
This time I went through the mindfulness stretching program organised by Soul Stretching visiting to the most beautiful and powerful locations at the foot of Mount Kazbek and surroundings of Tbilisi in Georgia. I was listening to psychological lectures, practicing yoga and meditation, hiking in the mountains, immersing in a colorful culture and vivid emotions.
Stretching was improving flexibility of my muscles, myofascial release was facilitating relaxation and restoration of my body, standing on nails with bare feet was removing psychological blocks and the emotional-volitional sphere. Surrounded by like-minded people I enjoyed supportive community while searching for new opportunities to relax and restore by giving my life another perspective on rest.

Stretching plays an essential part in any daily routine as it lengthens and strengthens your muscles. This is very important for your body as it allows your muscles to restore after and during a practice.
A more flexible body will allow you to move more comfortable and the range of movements will expand enormously.
Everyone is welcome to try 90 min live stretching class in studio for 10 EUR. I would be glad to show you the routine exercises and answer all your questions.

Stretching is a good complement of all the intensive sport classes which are tough on the body. We tend to forget to make time to take care of our mobility, flexibility and bring back the rest in our bodies to recover.
Stretching allows you to stay fit, train more efficiently during your major sport practices and restore after. By doing stretching exercises regularly you drastically improve overall performance of your body.

During the class I am able to correct your posture and explain how to prevent injuries. Thus, you get more individual approach in implementing best stretching practices that suits your level.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Clothing: any kind of sports clothes will do as long as they are comfortable, elastic and warm. Make sure you are wearing warm cloths for mediation. Shoes are not necessary, socks would work just fine.
- The lesson starts and ends with 10 min meditation. A few exercises are introduced to get the blood flowing. This is followed by passive stretches and mixture of different stretching approaches to boost flexibility of all your muscles.
- Essential oils will be diffused at a studio during the class. Any allergies - please inform me.
- My goal is to offer classes and programs that suit different levels of flexibility and fitness experiences of everyone.
- Number of spots is limited to 10 people in a studio.
